What is the process? - The process is simple:

Step 1 - Using the Contact Form, send the required information, as soon as we have it we will get back to you using your preferred method of contact with a quote.

Step 2 - Post your product. I will already have your photography requirements, so can get to work.

Step 3 - I will shoot your product to suit your needs and that of the online platform. I will inform you by either e-mail, text or a phone call, whichever you prefer when your images are ready.

Step 4 - You will receive a download link where you can download all your images instantly, they will be in different formats, either for print or web use.  Your product will then be shipped back to you.

How much do you charge for product photography?
Basic Day Rate starts at £250 per day or £150 for a half day session. I also offer prices per hour. Prices includes both shooting and editing.

Do you have your own studio?
Yes - I have a small product studio. Not suitable for people shoots.

Do you have a waiting list, and how can I book?
I tend to get booked up a few months in advance. I often have dates become available earlier, but I can't guarantee it. To book a photoshoot, email me with your requirements and we can get the ball rolling.

Can I send you my products to photograph remotely?
Yes - in fact around 90% of my clients opt to use my remote service 'You Post It, I Shoot It'. No matter where you're based, you can send your products to me. Products will be returned if requested but postage costs will apply.

How many photographs will you take/provide?
There's no specific amount - I take as many as possible during the time booked but the number can vary depending on the product. I always make sure you have plenty of images from the shoot.

Who owns the copyright of the images?
The copyright always remains with me (unless otherwise agreed), however I grant all customers with the rights to use the images where they please. All I ask in return is that you credit me where possible.

I'd like you to photograph my shop / studio, is this possible?
Absolutely, however travel expenses and availability will need to be considered. Get in touch and we can discuss the requirement.

How do I receive the images?
I send you a private link to your images - You'll receive them as high res jpegs ready to use where you please. I can also provide them as square crops so that they're ready to upload to your online store.

I really struggle when it comes to styling - can you help?
Yes - I provide both photography and styling guidance when it comes to your photoshoot.

How do I prepare for a photoshoot?
In the run up to the shoot we'll keep in touch to discuss plans. Gather any props you would like to use and any other items you feel would benefit your product styling.

Do I need to provide props for the photoshoot?
I have a variety of props at the studio, but I always encourage my clients to take a look around their homes/studios to see if they have any items that may work. It's a great way of adding touches of your personality and style into your images, this will help them stand out and be recognised as yours. If you need specific props sourcing, I can help you with this - just ask.

What happens if I'm not happy with the images?
If you're not satisfied with the results from your shoot, I will organise a re-shoot at no extra cost.
